Welcome…We are always looking for the next true adventurer to join us!

Our team is made up of an international group of people who all share the same passions of the San Blas islands, the Kuna culture, and sharing what we have found with other travelers from around the world.

Our positions are filled based on availability. The amount of time you are willing to commit for, your skill sets, and openings of positions, will determine what position we would have available for you. Minimum requirement to volunteer is 6 weeks, minimum requirement to guide is 5 months.

Our purpose is to share our knowledge and experience of these islands with travelers from all around the world. After many years operating in San Blas we have developed very close relationships with the local indigenous community, the Kuna. Being able to share this experience with you, and share you with them, is an integral part of our trip and what really sets us apart.
