1. Promoter

This giveaway (“the Giveaway”) is organized by San Blas Adventures (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”), operating the Instagram account @sanblasadventures.

2. Eligibility

• Open to participants aged 18 or over.

• Employees of San Blas Adventures and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• By entering, participants confirm they meet these requirements.

3. How to Enter

To be eligible, participants must complete ALL of the following:

• Like the giveaway post on @sanblasadventures.

• Follow @sanblasadventures.

• Tag at least one friend in a comment on the giveaway post.

• Share the post to your Instagram Story and tag @sanblasadventures (private accounts must send a screenshot via DM to be counted).

Additional entries: once the baseline steps above are completed, each additional friend tagged in a separate comment counts as one extra entry, increasing the participant’s chances of winning (one tag per comment). Entries that do not complete all baseline steps will not be counted, regardless of how many friends were tagged.

4. Giveaway Period

• Entries open from the date this Giveaway is published and close on 31st of August 2026 at 11:59 PM (Panama time, GMT-5).

• Entries received after this time will not be counted.

• San Blas Adventures reserves the right to extend the entry period and/or postpone the draw date. Any change to these dates will be communicated via @sanblasadventures prior to the original closing date (see Section 11).

5. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using Sorteados (app-sorteos.com), a third-party random draw tool.

• Valid entries are tracked manually in an internal spreadsheet, reviewed and updated daily by the San Blas Adventures team throughout the entry period.

• The winner will be announced on 1st of September 2026 via an Instagram post/Story and direct message.

• The winner must be following @sanblasadventures at the time of the draw to be eligible.

6. The Prize

The prize consists of a trip for two people on the full San Blas Adventures 5-day/4-night island hopping expedition (Panama ↔ Colombia). The winner selects the departure point (Panama or Colombia), subject to availability and confirmed dates.

The cost of one traveler’s spot is fully covered by San Blas Adventures. The second traveler pays the regular trip price.

The following are NOT included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winners:

• Transportation (jeep) to and from the departure point — approximate cost: $35 USD per person.

• The Guna Yala community entrance fee.

• Personal expenses and any items not included in the standard San Blas Adventures tour package.

Jeep transportation and community entrance fee amounts are approximate and subject to change without prior notice. The exact amounts applicable at the time of travel will be confirmed to the winners before booking.

The prize is valid only for two people traveling together on the same booking; it cannot be split, transferred to separate bookings, or used by the winner alone. Travel is subject to availability and must be booked and completed within 12 months of the winner announcement. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. No further discount codes or promotions can be combined with this prize.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 5 business days of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, San Blas Adventures reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Use of Entrant Content

By sharing this post to their Story or tagging San Blas Adventures, participants grant San Blas Adventures permission to repost or reference their content for promotional purposes, with credit given where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

• San Blas Adventures is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or interruptions related to Instagram’s platform.

• San Blas Adventures reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms, appears fraudulent, or involves fake accounts or engagement.

10. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Any questions or complaints regarding this Giveaway must be directed to San Blas Adventures, not Instagram.

11. Changes to Terms

San Blas Adventures reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the Giveaway at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided via Instagram where possible.
